1. About ProposaliQAI

ProposaliQAI ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered assistant designed for freelancers to analyze client job postings, evaluate risks, optimize pricing, and craft tailored proposals for platforms like Upwork and Fiverr. The web application is accessible at proposaliqai.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using ProposaliQAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the service immediately.

3. Permitted & Prohibited Use

You may use ProposaliQAI for personal and professional freelance client acquisition. Specifically, you may:

• Analyze job posts to understand client requirements and proposal strategy.
• Generate customized proposal drafts for jobs you legitimately intend to apply for.
• Review, customize, edit, and submit generated proposals to clients.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate mass spam, automated unsolicited outreach, or low-quality bulk submissions.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, bypass security protections, or abuse our server APIs.
• Use the platform in violation of Upwork, Fiverr, or any other third-party platform terms.
• Use the service for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ProposaliQAI generates proposal drafts and analyses using advanced artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). All AI-generated text is intended as a high-quality foundation — you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all proposals for factual accuracy before sending them to clients. We make no representations or guarantees that using ProposaliQAI will result in client replies, interviews, contracts, or specific earnings.

5. Scam Detection & Price Advisory Disclaimer

Our Scam Detector and Price Advisor features provide heuristic assessments based on observable patterns in job descriptions. They are provided for informational reference only. A "Low Risk" rating does not guarantee a job is safe or authentic, and price estimations are advisory suggestions. You must always exercise your own professional due diligence when dealing with clients.

6. Intellectual Property & Proposal Ownership

You retain 100% full ownership, rights, and copyright to any proposals, drafts, or customized text you generate using ProposaliQAI. The ProposaliQAI name, logo, user interface, software algorithms, and proprietary prompts are our intellectual property and may not be copied or redistributed without prior written consent.

7. Subscriptions, Plans & Billing

ProposaliQAI offers both free access and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Includes 3 AI proposal generations per calendar day at no cost. No credit card required.
• Pro Monthly Plan: $9.99 USD per month. Billed automatically every 30 days via PayPal until cancelled. Includes 200 AI proposal generations per month, advanced tools, and Chrome Extension access.
• Pro Annual Plan: $79.99 USD per year. Billed automatically every 365 days via PayPal until cancelled. Includes all Pro features with annual savings.

All subscription payments are securely processed by PayPal. By subscribing to a Pro plan, you authorize automatic recurring payments according to your chosen billing cycle.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in straightforward, fair billing. Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully:

• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges. You can cancel directly inside your PayPal account (under Settings → Payments → Automatic Payments) or by contacting our support team at chandan@proposaliqai.com. Once cancelled, no further recurring charges will be billed, and your Pro benefits remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Initial Subscription): You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have generated fewer than 10 proposals during that initial period. After 7 days, or once 10 or more proposals have been generated, initial subscription payments are strictly non-refundable.
• Automatic Renewal Charges: For subsequent recurring renewal charges, we provide a 48-hour grace window. If your subscription renews automatically and you intended to cancel, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the renewal charge. After 48 hours, recurring renewal charges are non-refundable.
• How to Request a Refund: To request an eligible refund, email chandan@proposaliqai.com with your registered account email and your PayPal Transaction ID. Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original PayPal payment method within 3–5 business days.

9. Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. Third-Party Services

ProposaliQAI utilizes Google Gemini AI for server-side generation, Firebase for user authentication, and PayPal for payment processing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. ProposaliQAI is an independent tool and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Upwork Inc. or Fiverr International Ltd.

11. Limitation of Liability

ProposaliQAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall ProposaliQAI or its operators be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or lost-opportunity damages resulting from your use of the platform.

12. Privacy Policy

Your use of ProposaliQAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When updates are published, the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of ProposaliQAI after modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
