We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide and secure our service:

• Account Data: If you choose to create an account, we store your email address and authentication profile via Firebase Authentication.
• Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed directly and securely by PayPal. ProposaliQAI does not store, process, or have access to your credit card numbers, bank details, or PayPal account passwords. We receive only transaction confirmations, subscription IDs, and renewal status from PayPal to manage your Pro access.
• Operational Logs: Minimal operational data (such as request timestamps and error logs) necessary to ensure platform stability, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Payment card credentials or banking passwords — all billing is handled entirely by PayPal.
• Personal AI API keys — ProposaliQAI provides AI generation directly via server-side infrastructure, so you do not need to provide or store an API key.
• Your private client contacts or proposals — we do not sell, rent, or monetize your job posts or generated proposals.
• Biometric, financial, or sensitive personal data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited data we collect solely to:

• Authenticate your account and maintain your Pro subscription status.
• Process AI proposal generation and job analysis requests securely.
• Protect against fraud, rate limit abuse, and platform security threats.
• Provide customer support and communicate critical billing or service updates.

4. Third-Party Services

ProposaliQAI integrates with trusted third-party service providers:

• Google Gemini API: For AI proposal generation and job analysis. Prompts are transmitted over secure TLS encrypted connections directly to Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash API and are processed ephemerally. They are not used to train Google's public models. See Google AI Terms.
• PayPal: For secure subscription billing and payment processing. See PayPal Privacy Statement.
• Firebase Authentication: For secure user sign-in and session management. See Firebase Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

Account credentials and subscription status are managed securely via Firebase and PayPal webhook infrastructure. Server communication is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. We do not store sensitive payment credentials or proposal histories permanently on our servers.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential browser local storage strictly for maintaining your authenticated session and interface preferences (such as dark/light mode). We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site behavioral trackers.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access or request a copy of the personal data associated with your account.
• Request the permanent deletion of your account and associated profile data.
• Cancel your recurring Pro subscription at any time via PayPal or by contacting support.

8. Children's Privacy

ProposaliQAI is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
